GREENLAND

Greenland feels unlike anywhere else I have ever travelled. The scale is overwhelming,  immense glaciers pouring through deep fjords, icebergs drifting silently across dark Arctic waters, and mountains disappearing into low clouds and mist. Much of this portfolio was photographed in the remote regions of East Greenland and Scoresby Sund, where the landscape constantly shifts with the weather and light. The autumn tundra glowing in reds and golds against cold blue ice created scenes that felt both harsh and incredibly beautiful at the same time.

What stayed with me most about Greenland was the sense of isolation and raw wilderness. Watching a polar bear move across sea ice, seeing remote settlements beneath towering peaks, and standing in complete silence surrounded by glaciers made every moment feel deeply personal and humbling. These photographs are my attempt to capture not only the beauty of Greenland, but also the atmosphere and emotion of being there, a place where ice, sea, and sky seem to merge into one endless Arctic landscape.
